This is a rapid, in vitro, qualitative lateral flow immunoassay for the detection of malaria antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA) to Merozoite Surface Protein 1 (MSP1) specific to falciparum and P. vivax from human serum or plasma or whole blood. The test may also be used for the differentiation of P. falciparum and P. vivax infection.
